I can't begin to describe how pleased I am with the work done by USS at our home. Firstly, they were awesome with communication. Weather caused a short delay to the scheduled work and I was contacted daily until they were able to start. Once started, i found the work crew (Chad, Max and Evan) not only professional and proud of their work, but genuinely nice and easy to talk to. They were very courteous, obviously knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions i had about the process. Once the work was completed they cleaned and prepped the property (grading, grass seed, straw) and left it looking quite impressive given the amount of digging that had to be done. We were in need of repairing two basement walls that were bowing. Anchored walls gave excellent service through the whole process from the estimate, scheduling, and repairing the walls. Brad and Clint were very professional and provided excellent service willing to answer any questions we may have as they worked the three days at our house. Michigan Basements has been amazing, they discovered some serious problem when hired them, the sump pump for the basement was leaking and the main was broken. We incurred flood damage in our basement in spring of 2014; JTFSI came the following winter to install a basement sump pump and associated piping. Due to miscommunication between us, the sump pump was originally installed in the wrong place. When I described the problem to the Litchfield office, thay courteously agreed to return to reinstall the sump pump in our desired location at their own expense. We are very satisfied with JTFSI’s work, as well as impressed at the lengths they will go to to ensure their clients’ satisfaction…highly recommended!

Their poor performance on the job was a result of them hurrying to get the job done for themselves, not for the benefit of us. We would rather a company be here longer to do a good, thorough job instead of a hack job done in such a hurry. One last thing your clients should be advised of an extra charge for using a credit card or better yet you could try what my company does, which is to factor in the cc charge on the bid and offer a discount for paying cash. Just a thought. So I think you may have figured out by now that I will not give a good review on Angie's list, Google or your website. Nor will I recommend your company to anyone.

Jesse Trebil representative came out explained the cause of the water issue we experienced and how to fix it. The workers came out and were pleasant, worked hard and answered all the questions we had. They cleaned up after themselves. Our basement had some challenges such as a low crawl space ceiling but these were all overcome. While water issues are never fun, it was good to work with professionals and it feels good to have work finished restoring peace of mind.

Jesse Trebil installed a Radon mitigation system with vapor barrier. From the first meeting for the quote to the final installation, all employees were extremely professional. There were some unfortunate delays, due to the timelines I needed to meet, however all employees kept me timely and accurately updated. The professionalism and sincere concern that all of my expectations were being met was very refreshing.

There were hiccups along the way. A couple of things we were told they would do did not get done. Mostly I believe it was miscommunication. Overall, they worked hard to make everything right and to make sure we as the homeowners were happy and satisfied. I gave a lower score for quality only because of the hiccups. Otherwise, it would have been an 5. But again, they worked hard to make it as right as could be in the long run.

We had an excellent experience with Jesse Trebil Foundation Systems in 2013/2014. They installed wall anchors on the wall of our unfinished basement to correct a bowing wall with cracks. They also installed a drain tile/sump pump system around the perimeter of the basement to correct a chronic wet basement. They also removed/closed off our old well room and two old basement windows with cement block. From the time Shane came to our house for the estimate for the work to the end of the entire process, we were extremely satisfied and happy with their service and work. They were courteous, professional, hard-working, and clean. It has been about two years since we had our work done, and our basement is still dry and looking better than ever. I would recommend Jesse Trebil Foundation Systems to anyone who is looking for quality repair to a bad foundation.

Jesse Trebil Systems raised and leveled sections of our home sidewalk with their foam jacking technology. They were prompt, courteous, prepared, and professional in the appearance of equipment and workers. They thoroughly explained the process and necessary steps. They checked in and communicated throughout the project and reviewed the results with me before explaining the warranty paperwork. They also did my sister in law's sidewalk and are now working in my wife's parents' nearby townhome community where several sidewalk and patio slabs have settled. I would not hesitate to hire them again!

I wanted to remove a sidewalk and install limestone walk in that area. Foundation Restoration came in and removed the sidewalk as well as prep'd the area for me to install the limestone walk. They also removed all broken concrete and left the are very clean.

Our house had high and low spots depending on where you walked. Our problem was not the foundation but the supports under the house. We contracted with Robbins to level the house flooring. When they were done our house floors are level and “spot on”. They did a total inspection to ensure we received the results that had been promised. The crew were very professional and respectful and they all worked well. The lead was very knowledgeable. Additionally, they were very mindful of our home and there was less cracking than I expected. They did an excellent job. We are pleased.

We were so pleased with the work the Robbins and Company employees did for us. Lee was great with the estimate and certainly offered helpful advice and explanations about our situation. He also recognized that we had a bit of an emergency situation and let the office folks know that we needed to be fit in as soon as possible. I thought you’d like to know that my son (the engineer) came home after work yesterday and texted me and said “It looks pretty good”. Coming from someone who is a perfectionist and can be very critical at times, that’s a HUGE compliment! Job well done by your guys – they got it done in one day by using a couple of pre-formed cement piers that already had the appropriate brackets in them. Thanks, again.

They did a fantastic job. WOW. My house was built in 1980 and has a concrete slab for the first floor rather then wood construction. The slab itself has slowly been sinking to varying degrees since it was built in 1980, the foundation is not the problem and has remained in its original position. About 3/4 of the slab on the 1st floor had sunk, creating a slope anywhere from 4-8 inches depending on the room of the house. Robbins was able to raise the slab back to its original height. The floors are level for the first time since I bought it in 1985. Robbins was able to fill the voids under the concrete and literally lift the floor back to its original height. Watching the process was amazing. Robbins team worked fast and efficiently through the process. Additionally, there was a slab that had cracked and broke into 3 pieces on the porch and walkway attached to the front of the house. The remainder of the porch had sunk similar like the inside of the home and was able to be slabjacked. The porch now is level. Doing this has also corrected the roof line of the porch itself and has increased the street appeal. Now when looking at the home you don’t see broken down old home with a broken porch, you actually notice the house. Robbins and Co., along with their team of workers did a fantastic job.

My wife and I are very pleased with the results. Your estimator was knowledgeable and replied quickly to all my queries. All three of the workers were polite and knew what they were about. The porch was lifted and stabilized with a minimum of disruption. Your crew also aligned the mismatched sidewalk slabs for me. They cleaned up well before they left. It is easy to recognize that you have a unique specialty and do it very well. My career has been in heavy construction management for various companies in the NW and I have dealt with a lot of contractors. I can’t say that all my experiences have been as positive as this one. After contacting 5 contractors to repair my sinking home on Vashon, Robbins and Co. is the only one who not only responded, but responded in a timely manner. After speaking with Lee, who drove to Vashon, he spent a good 1.5 hours explaining the “post and pier, slab jacking” process, what to expect, and then a few days later submitted a reasonable bid. With Robbins previous endeavors and bid, I opted to move forward with them. I do NOT regret it at all. With confidence, I can say not only do they have character, they have the know how of repair, the equipment and professional, fun employees. Robbie, Ian, John and Adelaine who did the work were fun, on time, listened to and answered all my questions, cleaned up everything and got the job done efficiently and on time. I am very pleased with Robbins and Co. I believe they not only have the know how of repairing sinking homes, buy they get it done well and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Robbins and Co.

Larry came out and quoted us on our insulation needs and explained in detail what was needed and why it was needed. Most companies just tell you what you need without ever explaining why. We also had some odds and ends with an attic fan replacement and a ceiling fan that needed to be installed which they also could do. Even though their name specifies basements, they can do about anything. Once the project started, it was 100 degrees outside and I was afraid that with the heat they would rush through the situations, but they did the job to perfection and were absolutely great to work with. Scope of project was to knock down a wall in our basement to double the capacity of the finished area. One portion of the basement was re-modelled into an Entertainment area and the other portion was re-modelled into a state-of-the-art home gym, including a commercial-grade rubber gym floor. Larry with Pro Basements did a great job helping us design the layout and provided great consultation on options. Once work started, we made several changes to the original project scope, including installing in-wall speakers, hanging TVs and painting the basement. Pro Basements was very flexible in making the changes and charged a fair price! :)

We called Mike on a Tuesday, and he drove out on Wednesday to check our basement. Not only was he on time, but he solved the mystery of our water problem in the basement. It actually turned out to be a leak in a tank. That is not his area of expertise, but just having him find the problem was great! Rob and I have to give a shout out and recommendation for Dave Mauldin and his business Mission Home Services. They do waterproofing and masonry work, which we found that we desperately needed in the middle of the last rainy period that hit us! In the middle of one of those storms, I noticed water dripping and leaking down around our chimney and through the stones of our fireplace. I reached out to Dave through his wife, and he was there first thing the next morning to check it out! Great response, especially bc we were so nervous about it being an issue with our roof. He and his partner quickly identified that our chimney needed a sealant applied, and came back within a few days to seal it up at an extremely reasonable price. Highly, highly recommend these guys!!! We had a flood in one of our rooms after a very hard rain. The rep from Don Kennedy came out, did a thorough examination, and gave us a solution to the problem which did not involve any work by them, just some work that a normal homeowner could do. The rep said that if the leakage continued to call them back and they would look at a different solution. They did not try to sell us something that we did not need. They were totally professional on the phone and in person. I will use them if I ever have any structural repairs needed.

Before making some flooring improvements to my house, I contacted Don Kennedy and Sons Structural Solutions to take a look at our foundation. They were able to send someone out very quickly. He told us that our foundation was in good shape and did not need any improvements. He provided us with details that led to his conclusion that the house was well built. I appreciate that he did not try to sell us on something that we did not need. Our experience with this company was very positive and while we didn't have any work performed, I recommend them for an estimate or evaluation of your structure.

Rick Pauly to the rescue again. My chimney was letting water into the house. I had hired another contractor, who tore a huge hole in the wall, then disappeared for six months. Finally, I called Rick. His guys--especially Jeff and Jared--took time, restored all the masonry, and made my chimney into something more well built than the original. Then when I had basement issues, Rick came, spent over an hour evaluating the issue, and came up with a cost-effective solution. No, Evergreen is not cheap.. And yes, Rick is absolutely terrible about answering the phone. But what you get from Evergreen is quality craftsmanship, absolute solidity in building technique, and complete honesty and integrity.

This was my only experience with this type of work, but I am impressed with the results. The job was a major one from my perspective, and it took the same amount of time that they told me it would. Eagle Lift was up front as to what to expect, and did not over promise. Every step of the way they wanted to know if I was happy with their work. Their job is now completed, and I am happy with what they did. The scope of their work does not include the cosmetic and non-structural repairs, which I will contract for now that Eagle Lift has completed the structural work.

Five stars for communication, honesty and integrity! After a horrible experience with another firm we had Eagle Lift out to assess our foundation - scheduling was easy, followup was excellent. I can't rate their actual service because, despite the $20k foundation work bid from the company that destroyed our back patio slabs with impressively bad over lifting, our foundation Is just fine! Mr. Foley took time to walk us through the various things we would expect to see if there were problems and was gracious and kind. We'll happily have them back if a problem does arise. If only we had found Eagle Lift first ... we certainly would have been saved a huge mess and expensive repairs.

Eagle lift did an amazing job on lifting our building and repairing the foundation. David and his crew (Mario, Ben and Brian) went out of their way to complete the work after hours and on the weekend. Being a small preschool -- it was so important to us to continue to our normal operating hours. The crew worked extra hard each night arranging classrooms and not once in the 9 days it took to complete the project did we even notice that they had worked all night. I could not have picked a better company! I live in a soils area in the city of Torrance where the ground constantly moves and I continue to have issues with my doors and cracks in my drywall. My fireplace had sunk almost 2 inches and I couldn't watch the problem continue. I decided to search around for companies and this was my experience: I got an initial quote from a different company that wanted to do the work without permits. The work "21 piers" to lift my foundation was done in 1 week. Every day the crew was working tirelessly in the heat and were on time and worked full days. Eagle Lift is a good company and lives up to there word and warranty. My house has a huge foundation problem and Eagle Lift lifted it up about 4 inches recently. Chris, Horticio, Martin, and Mark came out to do the work and they were on top of things. Also, Marina Duron was so helpful and kept me updated at all times with my house work.

I dealt with vacuuming water out of my basement every time there was a few days of solid rain. I dreaded every time the rain came because I knew the work that was going to be involved to get the water out. Initially, I was very pleased with Rick and his customer service. After having our basement waterproofed, and still having water in the basement, it has been very cumbersome getting someone out to repair the issue. The inspector seemed very knowledgeable of waterproofing systems, he informed me of all the services they could provide, but after inspecting my basement said that I did not need anything done right now and that my basement was okay as is. We used A&M Home Services for crawl space waterproofing. Gerard came to the house, and checked the foundation wall in the crawl space. He found a crack and gave us an option to fix it, or not to fix it.

Jared came out for estimate/evaluation on our basement. He was very friendly and actually took the time to talk to us. He felt like we had some different issues than a leaking basement; the patio was possibly too close to the house and not quite built with drainage in mind. He gave us some suggestions that we found very helpful. I would use this company and if we ever need this type of work again in the future.

A&M repaired downspouts and installed underground rainwater distribution boxes and grates to reroute rainwater from the foundation at my rental house. The job entailed lots of hand digging under sidewalks and a concrete patio. Quite frankly, the job went great! Jared arrived on time, explained what my problem really was (water puddling on the patio and running back against the foundation then into the basement.) and we agreed on a repair date and the price. Jared, again, arrived on time with all the correct tools and supplies needed and completed the job faster than I thought humanly possible. His basement waterproofing solution completely stopped the dampness I was experiencing in the basement.
